I immediately switched my Lush Kitchen subscription to the shower version when it was announced. Although I have a bath, I already have far too many bath bombs and bubble bars, and I don’t take baths all too often. The shower box is perfect as it contains only body lotions, shower gels (which I sometimes use as shampoos) and soaps.
In September’s box:
Creamy Candy Body Lotion – I love the sweet and comforting scent of this! It’s a shame that Lush doesn’t sell this on its own.
Superworld Unknown – I don’t tend to use body scrubs often, so I might pass this one on to a family member.
Milky Bar Soap – This one has a soft, subtle very pleasant milky scent. Not too overpowering, which I like. It’s a nice addition to my soap stash!
Cherry Pop Shower Gel – My absolute favourite item in this month’s box! The scent is a sweet cherry, which I can’t get enough of. Hopefully this will be released on its own in the future because I would definitely buy it again. I’m a sucker for fruity scents!
Blue Shape Shifting Shower Slime – This is quite interesting as it comes in a powder form. I’m not too sure about this one though, as I’ve never gotten along with tubbed Lush shower slimes in the past, so I’m not convinced I’ll like it.
Overall, I’m very happy with this month’s box. The variety or products was great, and I will use almost everything. Looking forward to what the next month will bring!
